About the company
It started as an idea between friends. It became a trading business.
The plan was simple enough: extend export support from India into Madagascar, and see what came back the other way.
The foundation was the Indian tiles industry — specifically the Morbi manufacturing and trading ecosystem, where India holds a genuinely strong position. In that first year we also tested several other products and routes between the two countries. Some worked. Some didn't. All of it taught us how these markets, and the logistics between them, actually behave.
The business builds on an existing family proprietorship that continues to run smoothly. What's changing now is the shape of it — bringing the separate activities and associations together under one broader ZAYS vision.
India and Madagascar are where we started. They aren't where this stops.

Origin · Morbi, INMorbi is one of the largest ceramic manufacturing clusters in the world, and India's tile industry competes seriously on both quality and price. We source directly from that ecosystem and land it where it's needed.
Origin · SAVA, MGMadagascar produces some of the finest natural food products in the world. Our first is Grade A gourmet vanilla, sold under our own brand, Pristine. Others follow as the sourcing relationships mature.
In developmentA trading business earns its living by noticing things. We run small, deliberate experiments across products and routes. Some become lanes. Some tell us to stop. Both are useful.

Pristine is our premium natural food brand, built on products that could only come from where they come from. It begins with Grade A Madagascar gourmet vanilla — hand-pollinated, sun-cured, graded before it ever leaves the island.
Vanilla is the start, not the definition. Pristine is being built to carry a wider collection of carefully selected premium food products over time.
